Note that frames are not included in the print price. There is a possibility to have the print with a frame of your choice.

Please bear in mind that there will be an additional cost for the frame and it will communicated to you once it has been evaluated by the framer.

A receipt will be provided to you once the frame has been fitted and sent to you digitally via email/message, while the paper version will be placed in the box together with the print prior to shipping.

In the process of framing, packaging and delivering the print, I'll update you at every step with photos and advice, where preferred.

A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is a document which determines an artwork is authentic and created by the the artist who sells it.

All artworks and prints sold via Jo Matei Art website are accompanied by a COA, hand-signed by the artist and embossed with the artist's logo.

The COA is a fundamental document that should always accompany the artwork. The COA is the key to a successful re-sale of the artwork, recognition in a catalog or other transactions.

Once you will receive the print at home/office, please follow these general guidelines that will help you take care of your new art piece at the very best to ensure a long and healthy life:

Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling the print.

Never hang your print outdoors, in areas of high humidity or near any heat source.

Do not place anything on top of the print or lay it with the front facing down.
No refunds accepted once the print has been agreed upon and delivered, except in case it arrives at your home damaged in any way. Kindly provide proof of the damage (send a photo at info@jomateiart.com).

Contact me within: 14 days of receiving the item.

Send item back within: 30 days of receiving the item.

In case of damages to the print during the delivery process, I will ensure the return fee will be covered. Please contact me as soon as possible to initiate the procedure.
