Tension was running high among the contestants of this season.
Facing 12 other artists in a 3 round competition, the experience was incredibly stimulating and highly electric!
Jo Matei Art won the first battle of 2022,
being proclaimed the
champion of the March event.

Falsi d'Autore - an
exhibition of artistic classics
In 2016, Jo took part in a group exhibition involving painting replicas of famous artists in Bassano del Grappa, Italy.
She exhibited with several reproductions of works such as Van Gogh's Self-portrait with Felt Hat, Monet's Self-Portrait with a Beret, Boldini's Portrait of Giuseppe Verdi and J. Da Ponte's Portrait of a Cardinal.
